Being in my 50s, I have learned that life is a constantly learning endeavor. If you quit learning, you fall to the wayside. In looking at the prospects of hiring from another generation, I have serious concerns about their work ethic and the value that they may well place on work that does not produce results. I see it as my responsibility to provide a system that produces results for both my clients and for my staff. Getting staff to do what is necessary and proven is an all-together different issue.
